Ooops... Error 404

Hi, Whenever I try to update the page using WP Baker interface, I get "

Ooops... Error 404"

I have tried deactivating all the plugins, cleared cache and I still get this issue. Also if not through the WP Bakery, When I use Mufin Builder, whatever content update on it does not saved on to page and its show the page is being saved though its saved"

How to resolve this please. Thank you.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please disable all of the plugins (leave turned on the WPBakery only), clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Hi I tried the same and the issue still exists. I wonder why this is only happening to the particular home page. All other page updates work fine except home page.

Hey,

when I disabled all plugins and created a new page:

/muffin-test-page/

I was able to save the WPBakery content with no problem.
