Cart is Empty

Hi, Whenever i add an item to the cart, it says that the cart is empty after. Can you please let me know why i am facing this issue? my website is oddsquad.com and my issue is at this page: [Links visible only for registered users]

I am also getting this error:

Your theme (Betheme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

The thing is when i am singed in as an admin, i dont have this issue but users all have the empty cart issue!

Hey,

if this error message appears then it must mean your woocommerce files are outdated in the main theme folder.

What you should do, is this:

1. Make a backup

2. Disable all plugins

3. Go to your FTP and remove theme whole theme folder, you will find it in wp-content/themes/

4. Download the newest version of BeTheme from Themeforest and install it.

This should get rid of the bug. Tell us if this helped, if not, we will continue with fixing this issue.

I removed the theme file in total and install it again using Wordpress but still this doesnt work. I would need to sort this out ASAP as it has affected my sales. Can you help?

I tried it with different products and none of them work. Try it with this product without logging in and see if that works. Please try more products and when you add a product and then when click on View Cart, the cart is empty!

I do not see the problem.

Did you test it on other device? Maybe the problem is related to one of your extensions for browser (if you're using any)

Also, which browser do you use? I tested it on firefox.

Hi,

Thats so weird. I am using Chrome and IE and i have the issue on both! I also tried my cellphone and still the same issue. Can you please check on some other devices with Chrome & IE?

But, I noticed the problem on the IE - after that I swithed to the other theme and the same problem appear - so it's not the theme related problem.

I think, that the problem is related to your hosting provider and cache, please contact them and ask them about cache or cloudflare - also you can ask them about the logs.

Explain them the problem too.

Hi, i noticed that the issue is not yet resolved. I still get the cart is empty error when i click "Add to Cart" button and when it redirects to the cart page, it shows an empty cart but on the menu, it shows the addition to the cart! check this image:[Links visible only for registered users] i log in as an admin, everything works just fine but my users have issues with the system.

I fixed the cache issue on my server side but i still have the same issue with my site.

I think, that the problem is still related to the cache.

I changed the theme to the twentytwenty and the same issue appear, it's not a theme related problem.

It's just a woocommerce misconfiguration or server configuration problem, but I think that's the server cache problem.

But, I refreshed the permalinks and the problem does not appear anymore - if it will start happening again, you have to contact your hosring provider.
