Possible to use blog filters with category preset?

I'd like to create blog category pages with posts on each and allow the user to filter using tags but only within the preset category.

Similar to what you did on this page, but with the category pre-set and locked.

Hello,

we only provide filters for categories, there is no tag filtering present.

I'm confused--it seems that there is tag filtering on your demo page here: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/journalist/

If I select any tag it filters the list of posts..

Even on single category page all tags will be shown.

You cannot have tags assigned to a single category to display.
