Hi, I'm trying to help a client. Have purchased Betheme in their name and can not get into support forum on their behalf. it keeps saying username is invalid. i am having major issues with the site. it is relationshipdoctor.com.au. It is not accepting updates on pages. Occasional on gets through. I really need to talk to someone about this. 

I'm recommending this theme all the time and have 2 new sites I'm doing using Betheme. Hope you can help with this.
