Cannot Edit Site

Hi Betheme, 

For some reason, when we log into Wordpress and try to click any one of the pencil icons to edit a column or box, nothing happens. We cannot edit this site what so ever.

. We've deactivated all of the plugins and still no luck. When you click any of the pencils to edit something, there is no response whatsoever. Below is the purchase code as copied and pasted from the sites backend.

    Is your  PHP Version is 7 or higher?

    Yes, PHP is 7 and we just uploaded the theme months ago so to my knowledge its up to date. Is there another update needed and if so, how do we do that?

    Please try to update it, and then check if it works.
    You can update the theme from the dashboard of your WordPress, in the
    BeTheme tab. Just register the license, and you will be able to update
    the theme, install newest plugins and import pre-built websites with
    sliders. We are not including rev-sliders and plugin updates in the
    theme package.
