Google Tag Manager is script is breaking header.php

I have added Google Analytics script in the head which is working fine, but when I try to add the Google Tag manager in header.php it is breaking the top half of the website. I tried a WP plugin for automatically adding scripts, but it similarly broke the top of the site when I added the Google Tag Manager script to the header.php file.

After poking around with the code it seems like it might be conflicting with the Revolution Slider? I'm not sure- please advise

Hello,

We suggest not to touch the theme files, please insert all of the scripts in the Theme Options > Global > Hooks, there it should be placed.
