Moving finished website (licence) from localhost to live site

Can you please describe the proper process of moving the licence of a finished BeTheme website from my localhost to customer's live site?
Example:
I have been working on my localhost development and finally finished the website. I have also activated the licence on my localhost.
Now I need to move the entire site to [Links visible only for registered users] but the licence is not working, because it has been registered to my localhost.
