The theme doesn't update my changes

When i try to change the background image, i notice that the theme will not update. Please see this attachment for more details.

Steps to re-produce:

- Go to Home Page

- Change the background image for last block

- Reload website

- Notice that the theme doesn't update background image

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the "PHP_Max_Input_Vars" value to min. 5000.

The actual value is too small (1000), and this is the source of the problem.
