Website theme seems broken - is there a new update for WP bakery?

Help! My website theme CSS is all broken. I think it might be the WP bakery, see link below:

Any suggestions? it shouldn't be grey at the top, and the font is all small and incorrect.

Thanks

  • I got my site restored, finally, but the wp bakery is causing the issue. I can;'t get the plugin to update to 6.1 do you have this file and I can replace on filezilla?

    Thanks

Lastly, I noticed that on the home page, theres a point in the page where I can't add any more blocks. When I do, and hit save, it deletes them, almost like the page has a length limit.

I can add blocks for muffin builder, but when I hit publish on the home page, the blocks vanish..

  • Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

    Thanks
  • Hi there, thanks for your help. I have wordpress 5.4.1.

Here are my screenshots. I had this issue in the past. I think I need a new plugin update for WP Page builder as when I click update on mine it says failed. See attached photo.

  • 1) Your PHP Max Input Vars value is too small, please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing it to min 5000 value, also, your php max input time is too small too, ask to increase it to 180s
After that, your demo should download corretly.

    2) this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one
domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys:
    http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered
on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and
deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key
is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your
domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your
theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) -
remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

    thanks
  • Thanks!

I have a new purchase code for my theme to use, but when I click de-register, it says refreshes but doesn't actually de-register.

How can I manually put in a new purchase code?

    Thanks
  • Also, if I de-register a theme using the link you provided above, and then replace with a new code, will my website be affected in terms of losing what I have designed?

    Thanks
  • No, your theme options and content will be safe - you will not lose anything.
If you are worried about it, you can do a backup first, we strongly suggest to use this plugin:

    Thanks
  • ok thanks so much. I'll give it a try!
