Deregistration

So, I deregistered my key on our staging site. I came here and deregistered via the deregistering tool in that one thread. However, when I go to enter my key into our live site, it says the link has expired. What do I do about this?

Can you show us a screenshot of the error message?

Also, please disable all of the plugins before deregistering.
