Fonts appearing different in Chrome

I am using Open Sans set to 700 Bold for my "Big Headings Font" in theme options.


But in Chrome, in the sidebar (not sure about everywhere else) the font is thinner in Chrome than FF and IE.

Please note that you will the Title in the 2nd sidebar widget "Cause Mapping Webinars" is thicker, but that is because that font is actually in a Revolution Slider, so the size is being set in there, not from the Theme Options.

Please let me know what to do to get Open Sans 700 Bold to look the same in all 3 browsers - Chrome, FF and IE.
