What you exactly want to change? This is header section where logo is so we don't understand what exactly you want to do with this section.

I needed to know.. what was the area called so that I could change it. That grey area with the titles

If you mean dark grey area, then it's part of Muffin Builder. First we thought you mean header section where logo us but now we think that you mean section. So when you edit page, under "Page options" section you have Muffin Builder where whole content stored is.

I were able to remove it but i have what looks as a widget but it isn't there that displays the demo content about us, where we are, and follow us. Not sure where to remove those ...sorry to bug you This site will basically be a one pager i can handle the rest..just having issues locating everything.
