Header Cart Icon Not Working

Hi there, couple of issues with cart icon on header.

1. Cart icon link is not working - it should go to cart page.

2. Cannot change cart icon from Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio, Shop > Shop > Cart Icon Option

Can you disable all of the plugins(leave woocommerce turned on only), clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists?
