e-mail for orders

I have set up a shop and now there are two problems:

1. When orders come in, I can see that on the PC. But I only receive the e-mail for the receipt of the order when the order process is marked as "completed". For deliveries I need it immediately after the order is received.

2. I would like to send the e-mail text to the customer in the formal salutation and not in the "you". How can I change this?

Hello,

1) I don't think that will be possible without the plugins files customizations, but all of the emails (and this is the answer for the second question too), are possible to enable/disable/edit content in the WooCommerce > Settings > Emails
