If the problem appear on your homepage only, please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
As I see, you are using "Simple SSL" plugin which is not a good way to attach your SSL certificate, this should be attached on hosting, not through the wordpress.
but so far what I have done from my side is delete all content including DB + wordpress folders etc.
re-installed wordpress + betheme and used pre-build site Pharmacy and only installing plugins required by that pre-build... all changes / updates to every page worked perfectly.
I then reset DB and installed pre-build BeMedical shop and BeMedical shop 2 also with only required plug ins, and no changes / updates are applied to the pages, it just gets stuck with a saving and a grey rotating circle icon on the top and in the right side bar under slider.

We are currently working about new plugin for the database reset, because the actual one is started to make problems.
For now, all workarounds that we can suggest are:
1) Deactivate plugins before cleaning the database
2) After the issue appear, you can reset the database with "option" table not removed, you will have to register the license key once more, but woocommerce and muffin builder will start to work
Our plugin will be released soon, but I think it will take something between 2 weeks to one month.
