header + footer to stretch full width

  As you can see, header and footer are boxes - I would love them to stretch to the edges of the screen

  So, if you want to make your header full width, please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header and tick on that option:

  Sadly, there is no option for that in footer options

  thanks a lot - worked perfectly for the header.
  
  only there's something forcing:
  .logo-no-margin #Top_bar .logo {
  
  margin-left: 0!important;
  padding: 0!important;
  
  }
  
  where can I remove that to bring back the left margin?
  
  re footer - I will see what I can do with CSS.
  maybe a nice addition for an update

  You can restore it in the settings of the logo:

  Theme Options > Global > Logo
