Hello I currently have a masonry blog layout with the title overlayed on the image. I saw this blog layout here and I want to achieve this exact look. I want the description to show on hover with the share button, and other buttons. Can you please just explain how you did it?

The title and description are available to fill right here, in the WP Editor while editing the single portfolio project:

And it should appear after hovering the featured image on the main portfolio page.

Remember, that it's a portfolio feature, not blog.
