Launch theme background image

Hi there,

I can't seem to find a way to replace the background image in your 'launch' theme, could you let me know where/how I can change this image?

I've had a read but for some reason can't figure out how to get the background image to span the full width of the page and maintain the title as on this page...

Ideally I would like the image to span full width and the title to remain as it is.
