theme update failed and layout problems with blog/archive

Hi,

i've tried many times to upload the theme but i see this error:

"There was an error updating Betheme: The package cannot be installed. The package does not contain any files."

I have the version 21.7.7

The layout problem is here:

If you click the "load more" button, it's work just the first time and after it disappear. Can you fix this?

Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

That's because you are using the jQuery filtering.

Option "Load More" does not work with that feature, you have to disable that feature (load more button) and increase the posts per page value to about 999.

You can do both, in the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog

We were not using the jQuery filtering, but we've disabled the load more button anyway, and we increased the posts per page value to about 999.

However it's not possibile to use the pagination, because if you click on the arrows (or page numbers) it redirect you to the homepage.

Can you fix this?

With that amount of the posts applied, the pagination on main blog page will not be displayed.

Please change it to smaller value and give me a try to check it.

Also, did you set the main blog page in the Settings > Reading?

Hi, we have set the pagination with 16 posts.

Can you check it now?

If you press on page 2 in the pagination, you will jump back to the homepage:

But, this page is not limited to 16 posts, I've cleared the cache and I can see a lot of them, did you save the changes?

Also, did you set the main blog page in the Settings > Reading?

The issue is related probably to your server configuration, because I disabled all of the plugins, turned on default theme (twentytwenty) and it does not work too.

You should contact your hosting provider and ask him about taking a look at the logs, he should enlight the source of the problem.
