Header Sticky Not Functioning!

So i have the options set properly but the header is not sticky. the url is : www.ohioenergysupplier.com

As you can see, i have split menu header with STICKY option on. But it doesnt stick. When i change header styles, ex classic, it does the same. Sticky option not working, any help? I love when my menu scrolls with user. What should i do?
