Hello,

we have a problem in the last step of the checkout. if the customer does not check the agreement with the terms and conditions, he will see an error message, which I send as a printscreen in the attachment. Then the order confirmation looks like frozen and the customer think that he does not finish the order.

How do I solve the problem?

Do not use the picture function in this editor. Just go to pasteboard.co and send us a normal link to the image, thats it.

Are you using any additional plugins for this? Or do you have just the main woocommerce plugin activated?

Have you tried to disable all of your plugins to see if it still occurs?

We disable all other plugins but error is still there.

Hello,

Did you test it in other browser? It looks like you have a lot of addons intalled on your browser and it could cause the issue too.

Also, please update your theme and wp to the latest version, but you have to be aware because there some plugins conflict with the latest version of wp, see this topic:
