Theme Registration

Dear,

We bought a licence for our new project "WorkCompany" and during development process, we use it on dev domain http://workco.dvcdev.online. When we finished development, the project was transferred on live server on link www.workcompany.com and licence is deregistered from the old location. Now we want to register it on the new website but we getting message "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on workco.dvcdev.online" but the theme is deleted from our development server and the licence was deregistered.

We can send a licence also if it's necessary.
Also, we recognized that after the last WordPress update on version 5.5. we can't edit anything from Muffin Builder. Do you have info what can be the problem?

If you are moving any website, it is important that you deregister it first. If you moved it with an active code, it will not work.

You need to deregister from all possible places first, then register on the main domain.

Hey,

Thank you for your quick response. We have updated everything but we still have a problem with Muffin Builder. It does not work.

All plugins, theme and WP are updated on the last version.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hey,

We solved the problem. The problem was with the WooCommerce plugin. After last update from today, everything works very well.
