Image with title, when hovered over you see more text

How can I display my images just like http://www.pano.coop/ did on their website? When you scroll a bit down, you can see some of the food they offer. You can only see a picture and a title but when you hover over it a text with a small image shows up. How can I do that too?

We do not have exactly the same item, but you could use the hoverbox:

Create two images, one with title and second with title and description, after hovering it will display the second one
