Theme Options are crashed

hi,

my complete theme options are crashed, after i changed mobile breakpoint menu.

i cant import my theme options backup.

wordpress version 5.4.2

betheme version 21.8.4

wpml 4.4.0

i think the problem come in combination with wpml. when i deactivate wpml, it works!

I need quick support.

Hello,

Do you use any other plugins than wpml?

Please disable all of them and turn on the WPML only, maybe it's not coming from the WPML itself, but from other plugin which makes the plugin's conflict.

Your wordpress is not up to date, it's necessary to update it now.

For now, please make a backup and update the WP to 5.5.1, then we'll take further investigation.

i have updated wordpress to 5.5.1

same issue, betheme options crashed after click save at "betheme -> theme options -> responsive"

all my settings are resetted on frontend. my workaround is then:

deactivate plugin "WPML String Translation 3.1.1"

import theme options from backup file

when only "WPML Multilingual CMS 4.4.2" is activated everything works fine.

i have testet it with older version of wpml:

WPML Multilingual CMS 4.3.19
WPML String Translation 3.0.14
WPML Translation Management 2.9.11

i can activate all 3 plugins. everything works fine.

i think its the combination of betheme and the newest wpml.

what can i do?

Can you clear the cache of the brower and check, if the issue still exists?

Also, on which browser and os do you see that issue?

Hello!

It works actually, because i have deactivated:

WPML String Translation 3.0.14
WPML Translation Management 2.9.11

When all WPML Plugins are activated, my betheme options crashing.

The issue still exists on chrome, safari and firefox.

Can you update these plugin to the latest version?

They are quite outdated.

The String Translation is 3.1.2 and Translation Management is 2.10.1

im still in contact with wpml support, too.

they plugin string translation became an update. i have updated it now.

with this new update it works, maybe. i will check it.
