I turned off all unnecessary plugins, no cache plugin is the same, same errors, WordPress itself does not cause problems, saving options, only BeTheme.

Well, your global value is not the same as the local, which means that local value will be limited to the global.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing these values:

PHP Max Input Vars to min 5000

PHP Max Execution Time to 180s
