Can't update Slider Revolution

When I try to update the Slider Revolution Plugin, it gives me the error: Update package not available. Everything else in my install is up-to-date and I'm having a problem with the menu not showing up on the homepage of our site only (which uses Revolution Slider): https://www.pretrial.org I'm hoping updating the plugin will help.

I deregistered and re-registered the theme and am still unable to update rev slider from 6.2.2 to 6.2.22

Hi,

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Thank you for your help Albert, but if you read the original comment you would see that I've even deregistered and registered the theme to try to solve the issue. It has a proper purchase code. Also, I'm using BeTheme > Install Plugins to try to run the update. Any other ideas?

The same problem we have from 6.2.15 to 6.2.22 with deregistered and registered - proper code (as we have 2 licences)

we are stuck up and we need a solution as we must change a project

we have WP 5.5.1 and the info from slider revolution say:

"please DON‘T SAVE any projects in Slider Revolution or Essential Grid until updating to versions 6.2.18 and 3.0.0 respectively."

even the revolution slider was disabled... so this I have not done - to disable the plugin which must be updated

Deactivating Rev Slider prior to updating worked for me too, thanks for all the help.

@Pablo Well this is still a bug. Suppose you have only a production site and no staging site to clone from. Deactivating plugins will break the site for more than one minute while plugins are updating, this is not a solution and also means that plugins will not be able to receive automatic updates.

Hi @robkirkner,

If the plugins are interfering with the update, there is not much we can do about it.

Note that you can activate the under-construction mode for the updating time.
