product-categorie is not showing as expected

Hie,

We are having trouble with BeTheme Version 21.9, that product-categorie is not showing as expected. We are using BeTheme-child as our theme with woocommerce, and we have a custom page for certain product categories in the website. But when we used to go to the link, it is showing as No products found that match your search criteria, even though we have product-categories and products exists in our database.

And also, when selecting categories that is displayed, it is also showing a message as No products found that match your search criteria.

We have tried disabling plugins, temporarily changing the theme, clearing the cache etc. But the issue still remains.

Since this is a serious issue, please consider this as a critical one, and help me to resolve it quickly. Please check some plugins we are using. Thank you.

  • Hello,
Please, try to change your theme from child to parent and update it to the newest version(21.9.3).
Also, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and after these steps, check if the issue still appears.

Moreover, please, be aware that we do not provide help with child Theme customization, and we do not support any additional WooCommerce plugins, but just the basic one.
You can check all supported plugins under the following link.

    Thanks
  • As I have already mentioned in my ticket, I have tried changing the theme to others also, including parent.
Also, I have tried disabling all the plugins , refreshed the cache(mentioned in the ticket).  But the issue still remains.
  • Well, you did not mention anywhere if you tried all these steps at the same time (changing the theme to parent + update + disabled plugins).

Please, send us a link to your website so that we could take a closer look at your issue.

    Thanks!
  • Issue was with woocommerce plugin. We have resolved the issue. Thank you for the support.
