Hello, i can not see the "install plugins" button in the backend.
What can be there? Is it possible to have this disabled somehow?
Can it be related to ITheme Security?
It might be the issue due this ITheme Security plugin.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache and check if the issue still appears.
No, unfortunately, this does not work.
1) Do you have your WP and Betheme up-to-date?
If no, please, update them.
2) Are you sure that you are logged as administrator?
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

We were on your website and after disabling ALL of the plugins, the "Install Plugin" option appeared.
I found the plugin. Its Material Design for Contact Form 7 (Premium)
How could you fix this error?
Sorry, but we did never test that plugin and we are not sure how it works - also, it's not supported by us :(
In this case, you should contact the webdeveloper to investigate why it happen.
Sorry, but we did not test this plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:
