Loop
I have never had this problem and have been using the same settings on one of my websites as I have for all the others. My video will not loop. I choose loop (and had tried other toggles in the content area of the video layer settings), I save my slider video, then refresh and it didn't save. I deactivated every plugin, that did not remedy the problem. I even tried to add the video multiple times to make it appear its looping and it won't. I have made 4 different sliders as well. Can you help or tell me how I contact Revolution Slider to help?

Can you import diferent slider and check if it works? Pre-built webiste Video 3 has slider with looped video.
From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.
