Deregister Purchase Code not working
I recently set up a WordPress website with a temporary domain in my Siteground account. I then deleted it, but am having an issue with the Theme License (BeTheme) still pointing to this old temporary site.
I have tried using the Theme License on a new site, but it is giving me the below error message:
'Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: jeffe9.sg-host.com'
I have contacted the host company Siteground who have confirmed that the old temporary site has been removed along with all files including the Theme Folder.
I now have a Theme License which I cannot use. Has anyone had this issue before and if so, how did you resolve it?
