To change it, please, go to Slider Revolution and click on the pencil icon to edit your slider that contain these items.

This plug-in doesn't come with it. I've tried it. Although the settings of the slider plug-in are used, the one in the theme still exists
I checked that Slider, and you can delete these arrow when you select the global layer.
