Good morning, excuse me for my english, I am Italian.

I had installed pre-built website that called "Be Video".

I had change the original video in Revolution Slider plugin, but, when I access to the website the video does not start automatically, but appears the play icon. Why?

I had seen in preview website that the video starts automatically

    Hello,

    While editing your slider, please, go to General options in Module General Options tab, and check if you have turned on option HTML Autoplay.

    I had seen that the option that you said me It's just activated.

    I had seen that the video plays automatically from desktop pc, it does not play automatically from mobile device.


    How i can resolve it?
