WPBakery Page Builder Issue
On our website, https://www.lunasealighting.com/ We have installed Bethemes and along with the theme we have using the theme's default WPBakery Page Builder plugin. We have already enabled the wp page builder Role manager on both Pages and products and It was working fine before but recently we found, the page builder content is not working on the product page but it is working on other Pages like Homepage, contact us, etc.
On the plugin side, there is an update needed for the "WPBakery Page Builder" but once I installed the plugin the installation went fail(screenshot attached) and the website went to break(screenshot attached). Can you guys please advise asap and help us to fix the issue.
example product page: https://www.lunasealighting.com/product/led-replacement-bulbs/cob-g4-led-lighting/. The page builder content is missing on this page, actually, it should look like the below attached image (original-product-page.png).

Hey,
This error message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard)
After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Hi Phil, As you recommended, we have purchased a new license and deregister the old license key. After that, we have updated the WPBakery Page Builder and Bethemes without fail. Also, we have disabled the existing plugins on the website. But the product page still not showing the contents which are made by WPWPBakery Page Builder. Once we go to the edit page for each product All the WPBakery Page Builder contents are there(wp-bakery-edit-product.png) but once it comes to the live product webpage, contents are missing(wp-bakery-live-page.png). It's weird.
The issue is only for the product pages not for the other pages, when we checked the role manager, the builder is enabled for both Pages and Products(wp-bakery-role.png)
Can you guys take a look and let us know the issue. Please let us know if you guys need admin dashboard access to investigate the issue.

Please, activate some free theme like Twenty Twenty, and check if this issue appears with that theme too.
Also, please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.

We are using the child theme for Bethems, and once I activated the Parent theme, I can see the missing beaver builder content on the website but it is broken(screenshot attached). Also, I have activated the twenty seventeen theme, then also I can able to see the builder content but in a broken format.
The child theme was working fine till last month and we have not added any changes. We have recently found the issue. The same beaver builder and layout is working on localhost with the Child theme(screenshot attached), the issue is only on the live page.
It seems to be an issue with your child theme.
In that case, you should contact your web developer to investigate the source of this issue.
Maybe the changes in the child get in conflict with theme files in recent updates.

Hi Phil, The issue is there even before we update the parent theme. Also the same files are working fine on localhost(with both parent and child theme)
As I mentioned, when I activate the parent theme, the contents are visible but broken. Do you have any idea about it? The layout is working before on both child theme and parent theme.

Can you check if this issue appears when you disable all of the plugins except the WPB, please?
If this will not work, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
