I'm trying to deregister and register a new license that I bought from envato. When I try to deregister it says "Please enter purchase code" but there is no field to fill. Betheme version here is 20.7

I want to deregister my license so that I can migrate a site to another server but I can't log on to
I tried to use both username and purchase code but it doesn't work. I don't get an error message, but nothing happens. I have used two different browsers.

I don't have the username and purchase code from the current installed betheme, that's why I bought a new license at Envato and I want o use it.
If you have access to this website, please, try to deregister it through Betheme -> Dashboard.
Please, uninstall the current Betheme, download a new package from Envato, and install and register it at fresh Betheme.
Uninstalling the current Betheme and installing a fresh betheme, won't there be any losses with the website layout or settings??
No, you will not lose anything because it is stored in the database.
The only option when you could lose anything is if you made some modifications to the database.
Of course, you can do a backup of your website. For doing that, I recommend a Duplicator plugin.
I did what you suggested and deregistered the license in the dashboard. I then used Duplicator to migrate the website and when I tried to register the theme I get the message "Purchase code already used."
I still can't log on to the licenses tool page. What can I do now?

No, there is no error message or any other kind of indication that something went wrong. I'm using my envato account username and when I click "show licenses" the page appears to refresh and nothing happens.
