Can't install revolution slider

Hai there,


I can't install the revolution slider plugin. it says:

downloading installation package from

 https://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=414bec5f-62fb-4560-b807-6cd70732f053&plugin=revslider…


The plugin folder is empty.


I checked my lincense overview and i deregisterd en register it again. But still not working.
