Call to Action text can not be saved

Dear Support,

I am not able to save the Call To Action text. If I delete the text, push save, it comes back. If I insert a blank space, the blank space is saved and there.

I am using WP WPML. If I turn off WPML, I can save the text of the call to action.

Memory and other limits are raised to sky on the the server....

Do you have any guess?

are you able to save other fields or this is the only field that can not be saved?

Hello,

I have tested it and the answer is no.

I can save ANY field if I write there something. But once I write to a field, I can not save it blank again.

The most I can reach is saving it with a blank space, the problem that Call to Action will be displayed. Currently I have blocked Call to Action with CSS display: none.

So if you are not able to save other options as well it means that max_input_vars variable on server side must be increased because current value is not enough. Please contact with server admin in this case.

It is currently set to 10000

It has been raised to 50 000, but it did not help at all...

I have 256 MB... should be enough...

If I turn off WPML plugin, it works. Unfortunately I would like to use it.

It's not because of WPML plugin. This plugin uses a lot of memory and that's why there is not enough for muffin options. You may have 256MB setup for wordpress but if there is not enough on server side (server could be shared between too many users) then it won't work properly.

Hello,

As I have said, it is not only memory.

I have installed WP Memory plugin, it says that I am using 113,4 MB of 256 MB.

So I really have 256 MB.

I have also tried Server IP & Memory Usage Display plugin, it also says the same thing. I have 256 MB and I am using much less.

Would you please help to solve this?

This is just plugin and does not show the real usage. Plugin is checking wordpress settings, not server parameters. We are sure that you don't have enough. But if you don't agree with us, then unfortunately we can't help because that's the only reason of why options does not work.

And I think you seriously misunderstand this problem:

I can save the options. If I write mz/x to the Call to Action, it is okay. If I write there XXX, it is okay.

But once I have written there something, I am unable to save it EMPTY again.

But I want NOTHING there, and I am not able to reach it.

So we misunderstood because we thought that you are not able to save them at all. But if you are not able to save empty value, it means the same as was described in the topic you pasted above. So to do this, you must go to the same section as was mentioned in topic and you must remove fields that you want to save as empty because WPML is blocking them.
