How to create an anchor (link from one page to section on another)

I have created a anchor on one page,(practice areas) and cannot figure out a way to get a link to that section on the page from a link on the home page.. Ive tried these below. I want to open to the very bottom this new page [Links visible only for registered users]Please let me know what im doing wrong. Thanks

Created the section id #claims created the links, it either opens the home page again, or just opens the practice area page not the bottom section.
