Comments on blog

We have enabled comments on specific pages, but unable to do so on blog posts. Unless we change the 'template' in the page options from -builder- to -default-.
This then creates a whole other problem of the featured image showing at the top of the page in full width.
We would like to keep the template on the builder and have the comments at the bottom if possible.

You can hide the featured images in the Header. To do it, please, edit your post, scroll down to Post Options, and select Featured Image: Hide.

This worked, this lead to minor issues such as the titles and date showing up instead, but played with some other options to make it work. Thank you, this solved the issue.
As for the comments on the about us page: https://namastegemstt.com/about/
We wanted to get the comment section above the newsletter block instead of the default last item. Could this be done?
Sadly, without the BeTheme/WP files customization it cannot be done, it's hard-written to keep the comment section as the last section on pages.
