Reinstallation of plugin didn't work
Hi,
I had to reinstall my WordPress.
Tried to reinstall the betheme plugin. On the same WordPress site, at the same hosting service. I have no other installation of the plug.
The betheme plugin installation was rejected. The message: no valid plugin was found (see screenshot below.)-
What should i do?

Hey,
This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

I deregistered the license key.
it didnt help.
Tried to login to the License dashboard again, with the same credentials, and rejected.

And i cant update the plugins as i cant install them. my installation is rejected.
Can you delete my current code number and resend me a new approved and registered code?
Or approve my current code?
I tried to verify the code in my Betheme profile and received the message: "Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!" (see snapshot below).
The API tool I have sent you a link to is for deregistration only. You should register your license key through WP Panel -> Betheme -> Dashboard. When you do this, please, try to update the theme then (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts).
This option is only for support verification, and it also is not for theme registration.
