  1) Your blog page, and post have such incorrect display becuase you have a transparent header style, and it overlap the subheader.

  To fix it, please, add some top padding to a subheader in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader.

  

  2) Please, check the following video tutorials, where you will find how to manage your footer.
