We have updated the theme and wocommerce however we have detected that it is impossible to add products to the cart regardless of the option chosen. This is an error that we notice on other sites.     Hello,

    Do you use any external plugins for WooCommerce?

    If yes, then they might get in conflict with the Custom Variation Swatches option. Please, turn it off in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog, Portfolio & Shop -> Shop, and check if the problem persists.

    Some additional plugins interfere with variations just like our option and make conflict.

    So if you want to use such plugins, then this option should be disabled.
