Woocommerce & Bookings not working
in WooCommerce
Hi,
my shop worked perfectly until one update, i dont know which one.
You can go to my shop, configure the product, select a date but when you hit the "jetzt buchen" (book now) Button nothing happens.. When i disable BeTheme it works perfectly.. It also works, when i disable booking..

We are seeing the same issue. With the last BeTheme update, we are unable to add items to the WooCommerce cart. We have had to revert back to the previous version of BeTheme to get our carts working again on two different shops.

Can you create a subdomain with a copy of one of your websites so I could check this issue, please?
You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
For creating a copy, I suggest using the Duplicator plugin.

This issue is related to the AJAX option from WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products.
After disabling this option, it is working again.

The only AJAX option was disabled, but the update fixing it will be released today.
So after the update on your main website, this problem should be gone.

Could you confirm if the update has been released that fixes this issue? We just updated BeTheme on one of our sites, and the cart is not working; however, it may be prior to your update? The site URL is https://hwis.org/. The version of BeTheme we just updated to is 25.1.1. Thank you.

Good morning, I have installed the update for https://hwis.org/, and I still have the same error. I am unable to add items to the cart. Even though you have filled in the attributes for the product, WooCommerce does not think you have, and therefore, will not let you add items. It was not an issue two versions of BeTheme ago. So, in the screenshot below, even though this information was added, WooCommerce does not think it has been added so does not add the item to the cart.

It is due to the AJAX option. With the plugins you are using it should be disabled.
I have already done it for this website, and you can check that adding to the cart is working.
