Push Blog post header down so its not covering logo

I am having an issue where in my blog the title and bread crumbs are covering the logo area. How would Igo about pushing this down?

Hello,
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, and increase its top padding.
