403 error when uploading my logo into the Betheme logo section

For some reason, I'm getting a 403 error at the moment of adding my own logo in the logo section of Betheme. Also, when I'm trying to add an image or any type of content the page freezes... I don't know what is the issue because I have used this theme in the past without any problems but for some reason in this last installation is giving me these problems.

Why is this happening? And how can I solve this issue? So that I can start building this website.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
