Error 403 when I try to "Save Changes" in the "Theme Options"

Hello

I get a 403 error when I try to "Save Changes" in the "Theme Options", and I cannot modify the options or settings of the theme.

I only get this error on this site.

I have tried changing all file permissions to "644" and folder to "755", but it keeps crashing.

I have also regenerated the ".htaccess" file, but it keeps crashing.

What I can do?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Also, check if your theme is up-to-date (the newest version is 25.1.4).

Hello,
I have tried to delete all the plugins and try to modify the theme, but I keep getting the same error.

I am not using child themes.

The version I have installed is the latest, 25.1.4
