Change default "registered / accessed icon"
Hi guys,
currently the icon we have set for access / account creation is this:
once registered / accessed the default icon becomes this:
We would very much like that once registered / accessed the icon would remain the one set by us and that an external circle would appear that distinguishes this action.
...(if too difficult) alternatively we'd like it to stay the same icon and change color in to #abbe5d

The avatar is taken from Settings -> Discussion -> Default Avatar.

Notice that if you do not want to lose your change after updating, you need to use a child theme.
