Is there a limit to the number of subsites in a multisite.

I'm attempting to set up a number of demo sites under a multisite. When I hit 14 subsites, all my installations refuse to import your demo site content. All I get is text with no images. Is there some sort of throttling going on at a certain number of subsites or should I be able to install as many as I like?

Hello,

There is no limit for subsites on your Multisite. Maybe at some point, your server does not handle the import.

You can check the following links about the multisite and see if you set everything correctly.

But I recommend contacting your hosting provider to ask about this issue. For example, to look at the logs when the import did not work.

I submitted a support ticket with my hosting provider, WPMUDev, but is this something you might advise me on?

Sorry, but I do not handle server configuration, and I am not familiar with the PHP error logs.

You should wait for the answer from your hosting provider.
