Yoast SEO not picking up Muffin Builder content
Hey there!
I understand that Yoast SEO works with BeTheme - I use the two together all the time. However, Yoast doesn't seem to pick up any Muffin Builder content on the "analysis" side of things.
For example, I have a bunch of content on this page, and Yoast says that I have 0 words - https://ibb.co/F7zCDF0
https://emerald.build is the URL. I've got "Use built-in fields" turned OFF, but still noting. Is there something in Yoast SEO or Muffin Builder setting that I need to change?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
thanks
Hi guys, just came across this and just a question for my own learning and out of curiosity. Wouldn't it totally hurt her SEO and remove all page indexes if she completely removed the theme and installed a fresh copy? Isn't that going to start everything from scratch again in terms of search engine optimization and set her to square 1? Thanks for your reply in advance. Helps to learn more about the technicality of theme update/theme change and SEO.
Hi @zac2021,
All things like pages, posts, menus, etc., are stored in the database.
Therefore, updating the theme does not affect your website content and SEO.
Best regards
Thank you for your reply.
However, I am referring to your comment that said "Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy."
In her case as an example, wouldn't "completely removing the old theme" hurt SEO and website ranking?
Thanks
Removing the theme does not mean removing the whole website.
Content stays where it is, and only theme files are replaced, so it does not affect SEO at all.
Best regards
