Muffin Builder gone

I can see all content in my site but in the backend there is nothing. Not in chrome and not in safari and not in Firefox.

What happened?

Yes, I read this, and I switched to using firefox and it was okay for a while, but now not only the content but also the Muffin Builder is gone.

How could I have lost the Muffin Builder?

It's not possible to lose Muffin Builder. Maybe you deactivated page options section or you deactivated muffin builder under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
