Website not properly aligned on mobile devices

Hi

I purchased your theme:

"Support for Betheme / Responsive Multipurpose WordPress & WooCommerce Theme"

But the site is not properly set formatting on cell phones

blocks are misaligned
header is not centered
pages are misaligned
on the desktop website the theme header is not scratching across the page it cuts off couple of inches short on the left and right sides of the page

It was my understanding that this theme was cell phone/mobile ready

I contacted the Muffin support forum and advised:

1) To adjust the mobile display, you will have to use the media queries. Please, check the following link on how to use it:

I went there and placed this script in the css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {

/* Custom CSS declaration for mobile devices */

}

Nothing happened

I contacted Muffin Support again and they replied:

Sorry, but I cannot recommend anything else.

I contacted Bluehost website development and they advised they believe this is a Betheme Theme issue and they wanted $150 to help fix the mobile ready theme issue

Again this Theme was supposed to be "MOBILE READY"

at this point not sure were to turn

WP Kraken wants to help fix the mobile ready theme work on mobile devices but wants: $60/hr-$360/day

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

Hi:

Yes Bluehost had service maintenance

Sorry about that

I solved the issue

I remember reading that if a image is too large then it will not display correctly on a mobile device
I reset the sized of images and blocks and all is working

I am finding an issue with the menu bar

I added the search field and ecommerce icons
now the menu when you scroll down jams together
Is there a way to place the ecommerce icons in the top right of the page

i should be able to have a sticky header, search field and a ecommerce icons on the same page without bunching up all together?

You were referring to the sticky header, not a regular one. The code I have sent changes the sticky header so it does not "jam together when you scroll down". Can you describe in more detail, what you want to exactly achieve, please?

That’s because of too many menu items inside the website's grid width, and you can get rid of that problem by following steps mentioned in one of the topics in our FAQ from the Support Center. Check the following link:
